Email enquiries
When you email us, your email service sends your address, message and any attachments to the directory’s email service. We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss suitable next steps. Please share only the details needed for that conversation.
Trainer introductions
We will ask before passing your enquiry or contact details to a trainer. You can also choose whether to continue a conversation directly with them. Trainers are responsible for explaining how they handle information shared with their own businesses.
Website technology
This website has no contact form, advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The site itself does not set cookies. Images are served from this website. The AMP runtime is downloaded from Google’s AMP CDN, which receives technical request data such as your IP address and browser information. Its handling of those requests is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
The hosting provider may keep technical access and security logs when pages are requested. These are separate from email enquiries.
Your information
You can email us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have provided. We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any applicable obligations.
